Sex Ed in schools?
Although a variety of people are against sex education in schools, i feel it's completely necessary for the protection of all students. Each year, almost 750,000 teenage women aged 15–19 become pregnant, according to Family Planning Perspectives. The pregnancy rate is now rapidly declining, hopefully do to more effecient sexual education and realizations. Even though I approve of sexual education for protection and extended knowledge, I feel theres should be an age limit included in this issue. Students learn sex ed too early and in too much depth. They should learn about menstraul issues, and basic stuff for women, and low extent information by the age of 10 and then as they reach high school it should be in depth information involving condoms, AIDS/HIV, etc. Overall sexual education is completely acceptable in my opinion to a certain extent.

I do not agree. Sex education should be taught by the childs parents or gaurdians, not in by their teachers. Sex education in school is not taken seriously, students joke around and do not listen to the actual facts. It is a parents responsibility to teach their son or daughter how to have safe sex.
I disagree with this statement. Sex should be taught outside of school. Whatever a parent or guardian believes, is what the child should be taught. If a parent does not want a child to watch a movie such as THE MIRACLE OF BIRTH, then the student should not have to. Health classes should teach students about how to keep bodies healthy, but do not need to cover such topics as birth, pregnancy and sexual intercourse.
I think that the school shouldn’t have to teach sex ed. It is very important that teens learn about it but that should be something that the family takes care of. It is a family issue and should not be pawned off on to the schools.
I do not believe it is the school's responsibility to teach students about sex. I think it is a personal matter that should be addressed by the children's parents. Not all people are ready to discuss sex at the same time so they may feel uncomfortable talking about it when they are not ready.
